Residency Funding Application

If you are not currently enrolled in a program but were recently, then put your most recent educational information. Please note this program is currently only available for students.

Note: All applications might be subject to consideration under a different IHS funding opportunity. Should it happen and your application gets accepted, you will receive an acceptance email from the appropriate funding opportunity.
